How to delete your Holiday.gr account and data

Account Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your Holiday.gr account and all associated personal data at any time. We are committed to respecting your privacy and data rights.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account through two methods:

Method 1: Through Your Dashboard

  1. Log in to your Holiday.gr account
  2. Go to your Member Dashboard
  3. Navigate to Account Settings
  4. Scroll to the "Delete Account" section
  5. Click "Delete My Account"
  6. Confirm your decision

Method 2: Contact Us Directly

Send an email to developer@marinet.gr with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your username (if applicable)
  • Confirmation that you want to delete your account

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we will remove:

  • Your profile information (name, email, username)
  • Your profile picture and bio
  • Your account preferences and settings
  • Your saved favorites and bookmarks
  • Your activity history

Content You Created

Please note that content you have publicly shared (photos, reviews, comments) may remain on the platform but will be anonymized and no longer associated with your account. If you want this content removed as well, please specify this in your deletion request.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Data Retention for Legal Purposes

Some information may be retained for legal, security, or business purposes as required by law, such as transaction records or data needed to resolve disputes.

Facebook Login Users

If you signed up using Facebook Login, deleting your Holiday.gr account will not affect your Facebook account. You may also want to remove Holiday.gr from your Facebook app settings.
