Stenoma is a small village 19 km from Karpenissi. Administratively it belongs to the Municipality of Karpenissi. It is built at the west side of Velouhi in an altitude of 650 m. The whole region has many springs and fountains. In the small hill of Tourla, the excavations have brought into light remains of ancient buildings. In Zigos, the visitors can see the small church of Saint Kosmas. It is worth visiting the recently renovated water mill.
