Nightmare
A week ago some time between 4-7p.m. I was at that hotel waiting for the receptionist to finish her phone conversation (Mrs Sofia) who was screaming on the phone and saying her problems on the phone while I was waiting and saying " listen I haven't had a day off for so long and I am fed up with your complaints...." Then I realize if they treat their guests that way is not worth booking rooms to that hotel and believe me we were planning to book 3 rooms for a week.
I have asked if there is a manager in the premises and she laughed and said " we never had just the owner" so I replied ok thank you and went to another hotel thank God!!!
