Our apartments are located on the seafront at Oia, in the district of Baxedes. They are just 15 meters from the shore, divided from the beach by the local road from Baxedes to Fira.

As you enter the grounds you will find the parking area, with a numbered space for each apartment. On your right, as you ascend there is a children¢s play area with fountain and benches, a safe place to leave the youngers. On the left, there is a lovely garden area with a small pavillion and reclining chairs. Ahead of you is the reception area, and beyond the apartments.

Each consists of two full rooms and is fully furnished, comprising a bedroom, sitting room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment also has air-conditioning, telephone and TV with satellite channels and Greek stations. You can have breakfast served in the privacy of your room. From the veranda of your room you can gaze out over the village of Oia, the endless blue sea and the idyllic sunsets as you enjoy a cooling drink.
