The food, rooms and staff make this officially the worst holiday I have ever had. Management and senior staff are unhelpful and rude. When we arrived at the hotel my wife and I were amazed at how beautiful the location was. With the natural beauty around, but is being dragged down to a 2 star experience because of poor hotel management. This hotel opened in 1987 and the all are definitely originals from then. The first surprise came when we were taken to our room. The room was dirty, the pools were dirty, the reception was dirty, all the hotel areas were dirty and the hotel staff especially at the garden maintenance dprt were so rude. Once we got to our room and opened the door we were welcomed by a moody and dank smell. if we could be given another room. Being told that there were no rooms available we should leave the door and windows open for the smell to subside. For the duration of our stay the smell never subsided and we were never given another room. The man at the garden was rude not only to the Greek tourists, but to all. Very bad choice due to the fact that the room was very old fashioned furnished and also lack of taste .The bathroom was in a bad condition and you didn't have the idea that it was cleaned. This hotel has no regard for safety in any way.

To ξενοδοχείο αυτό έχει πάρα πολλούς αλλοδαπούς αλλοδαπές που δεν μιλάν καν ελληνικά ούτε αγγλικά, Δεν έχουνε βιβλιάριο υγείας, είναι αδήλωτοι και γενικά προσπαθεί να επιβιώσει με άτομα τυχοδιωκτικά. Κάθε χρόνο αλλάζει προσωπικό γιατί όποιος έρχεται δεν ξαναέρχεται. Θα δείτε βρωμιάρηδες Ρουμάνους και Γεωργιανούς να εργάζονται εκεί. Αυτός είναι ο Ελληνικός τουρισμός για αυτό έφτασε εκεί που έφτασε.
