The traditional complex of residences “Ninemia” is located on the outskirts of Karpenissi city, in Potamia Voutirou and inside a green field of Karpenisiotis river.

The five traditional residences (2 of which are maisonettes) are right next to the forest and have magnificent view to the three tallest mountains of Karpenissi. Each one is independent and has different architecture, decoration and name.

The houses have autonomous heating, fireplace, satellite TV, NOVA, refrigerator, kitchen and kitchen utensils to prepare the breakfast, which is free of charge. Some of the houses have a private Jacuzzi. They can accommodate 2 – 8 persons.

Inside the 8 sq. m. property you will find a lake with goldfishes, a playground, a mini 5X5 field, bikes, a BBQ, a traditional oven and a spacious parking space.

You also have the chance to play basketball, volleyball, batmiton, or even jog, hike or bike around the property.

The region has many different activities to offer, like riding, climbing, trekking, rafting and skiing at Velouhi mountain.
