Peridis Family Resort are located in the quite area of Agia Marina in Kos town. The town center is only 1 Km away and the beach, the beautiful marina, local shopping and the bus stop are near by.
The complex of Peridis Family Resort consist of three buildings and a large green entertainment area with snack bar, swimming pool, tennis, beach volley, playground, gym, table, tennis,billiard, Internet, play station and a lot of activities for the whole family.
The big pool is 375 m2 and separated from the small pool for children.

The snack bar arranges happy hour two times a day and offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between for children as well as for adults.

There are two types of apartments:
a) Two rooms apartments (one bedroom) for 2-3 persons
b) Three rooms apartments (two bedrooms) for 4 persons

All of them have big balcony, bath, TV, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and telephone. Safety-box, fan or air condition, can be rented. Cleaning 6 days a week. The building has elevator and a ramp for wheelchairs. Big and comfortable departure room with shower is available.
