Evdilos is a beautiful town that retains its traditional character and is the second port of Ikaria, also served by some ferry boat routes. It is located in the northern part of the island, 40 km from Agios Kirykos. It was once the island¢s capital. Characteristic are the well-preserved neoclassical mansions, which are true gems of the town. In Evdilos, you will find small sandy beaches suitable for families, as well as secluded spots for those who love privacy. You can swim at Kambos, Livadi, and Mesakti. Near Evdilos, specifically in the village of Kambos, you can see the ruins of ancient Oinoi. In the same area are the remains of Byzantine buildings, known as the "Palaces," and the Church of Agia Irini, dating from the 11th century. In Evdilos, you will find hotels and rental rooms for accommodation.
