Balaskas Hotel is a family run business, in Diafani village of Karpathos, only 300 m. from the local beach.

The Hotel is a simple and modern facility, which offers all comforts and a warm hospitality to all guests. The rooms are spacious and sunlit, with contemporary furniture, where you will spend endless moments of complete relaxation with the best mountain and sea view.

The owner, Mr. Vassilis Balaskas, organizes daily excursions to the villages of Olymbos and Avlona with the hotel¢s Mini Bus. Alternatively, he can take you to the most beautiful beaches of the island with his privately owned caique.

If you are lucky you will see dolphins or even the rare Monk seals. Most days you can see Bonnelli's eagles and Elanora falcons and in the spring and autumn bee eaters, kingfishers and golden orioles. In spring time the whole area blossoms.
